    Step1


    TO MAKE THE SALAD
    Bring quinoa, salt and water to boil in a medium saucepan over high heat

    Step2

    Reduce heat, and simmer for approximately 10 minutes

    Step3

    Turn off and let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork

    Step4

    Cool quinoa on a flat dish and when cool add to a bowl and prime with 1/4 cup of dressing, cover and chill

    Step5

    Just before serving add herbs, onion, cucumber and tomatoes

    Step6

    Toss and add remaining dressing.

    HOW TO MAKE THE DRESSING
    Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
